Manic depression can also cause a number of physical symptoms. One common manic depression symptom is the decrease in the amount of sleeping time. It is likely that you may wake up in the morning hours earlier than usual and feel that lesser sleeping hours are needed at night. Besides this, manic depression sufferer may feel the need to give his views and comments at all times. He is usually one who is able to continue talking for hours without stopping.



 



By observing the above manic depression symptoms, you should be able to recognize the manic episodes that the sufferer is experiencing.
